Business Law III

The law relating to commercial transactions. Focus of the course is the Uniform Commercial Code, with particular emphasis on sales law, commercial paper law, and the law of secured transactions. Also considered are the laws relating to intellectual property, professional liability, international law, insurance, and bankruptcy.
