What You Need To Know
How to join the Talent Marketplace as a content provider:
You agree to work with EBSCO to include your content (skills framework, learning content, simulations, assessments, etc.) in our Talent Marketplace
Featuring your content in the Talent Marketplace:
EBSCO will work with you to integrate your content (e.g. framework, credentials, learning tools, simulations, etc.) into the Talent Marketplace to serve your target users as they continue their professional development journey.
Share in the success of the Talent Marketplace:
EBSCO shares the revenue generated by your content in the Talent Marketplace. The financial returns are fair and favorable to our providers.
Your content is protected and remains your property:
EBSCO works with hundreds of content providers and we ensure your content is used as agreed and is protected from unauthorized uses.

We dot the I’s and cross the T’s related to providing your content in our Talent Marketplace.
Terms of Partnership
The parties agree as follows:
“Content” is the content delivered by LICENSOR, listed in Schedule 1.
“Service” is the Talent Marketplace by EBSCO, listed in Schedule 2.
“Independent Agents” are independent individuals or organizations contracted by EBSCO selling, marketing and distributing products and collecting funds.
“User” shall mean a person or organization who enters into the Subscription Agreement in Schedule 3 (which may be modified by EBSCO from time to time in its sole discretion).
“Effective Date” means the latest execution date set forth on the signature block below.
