Organization & Management for Laboratory Programs

This course focuses on instructional programs involving laboratory equipment and facilities. Curriculum, teaching methods, equipment, and facility management practices including various aspects of safety, tool management, inventory, and security are emphasized along with facilities layout planning. Additionally, theories in leadership development will be analyzed and the organization of youth groups in secondary schools and cooperative extension will be examined.
