The purpose of this practicum course is to provide opportunities for Dual Role (Family NP/Adult-Gerontological Acute Care NP) students to apply concepts from AHN 548 in selected clinical settings. The emphasis is on culturally competent delivery of health care, diagnostic reasoning, and decision making/critical thinking through communication and collaboration.
