The purpose of this didactic course is to prepare the adult-gerontological primary care nurse practitioner (AGPCNP) student with a knowledge base for identifying and implementing appropriate health promotion and disease prevention strategies with adolescents, adults, and older adults. The focus is on the AGPCNP care of adolescents, adults, and older adults in multiple health care settings and with multiple health professionals and disciplines.
