The purpose of this course is to provide opportunity for the adult- gerontological primary care nurse practitioner (AGPCNP) to practice within an advanced nursing framework. The focus is on the role of the AGPCNP in the health care management of adult and geriatric patients with physical and psychiatric-mental health concerns. Emphasis is on collaboration with other health care providers in a culturally diverse environment.
