To progress to this course, all previous coursework counting towards the graduate or doctoral nursing degree must be completed with a grade of "B" or better. The Adult Gerontology Acute NP Residency I is the first of three Clinical Residency courses that are considered a vital component of the Doctor of Nursing Practice educational program. The purpose of this course is to combine clinical practice experiences with scholarly activities to provide in-depth learning for the student.
