Painting I

This course introduces students to the fundamental painting processes and materials. Topics include art fundamentals, color theory, and composition. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of art fundamentals and discuss various approaches to the media, as well as the creative processes associated with painting.
