Project Management

This course introduces theoretical and practical challenges of the project management framework, including the basic project management life phases (initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure) and lifecycle transition. Students will explore research methods used in analyzing and managing project scope, schedule, costs and control, and risk assessment.
