Human Resource Leadership

This course is a survey of all human resources (HR) functions. It focuses on the view of HR from the perception of both management and subordinate employees. Students will learn about the elements which drive business success, theories of motivation, and methods for creating a plan for maximizing the human capital of an organization. The student is exposed to practical situations and problem solving regarding areas of employee counseling, discipline and termination.
