Biliteracy Development in the Bilingual Education Classroom

This course is taught in Spanish and English, targeting the reciprocal process of literacy development in Spanish and English as a second language. Theories, methods, and approaches address learning and teaching processes that support biliteracy development of emergent bilingual within contexts framed by sociocultural, cognitive, linguistic, and affective factors.
