Principles of Biology I

BIO 103A is the theory portion only of BIO 103. Students must take BIO 103L as a co-requisite to BIO 103A. BIO 103L is the lab portion that accompanies the lecture class. Sections listed as BIO 103 include both the theory/lecture (A) and lab (L) portions of the course. This is an introductory course for both science and non-science majors. It covers physical, chemical, and biological principles common to all organisms.
