Advanced Molecular Biology & Bioinformatics

This is a hands-on Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics (Computational Molecular Biology) course centered on learning advanced inter-disciplinary concepts and techniques in Molecular Biology. Students will learn molecular techniques used for nucleic acid studies and proteomics. Students will learn to employ bioinformatics tools to analyze nucleotide and protein sequences using gene/protein databases, genomic portals.
