Introductory course in the study of vertebrate zoology. Subjects included are principles of systematics and nomenclature, a survey of vertebrate taxa, the species concept, analysis of taxonomic characters, and an introduction to zoogeography and behavior. Credit will not be granted for both BSC 373 and MS 452.
