Mycology

This upper-division lecture, field, and lab-based course provides a comprehensive introduction to the biology and taxonomy of fungi, suitable for biology majors interested in microbial science. Emphasis is placed on collecting, identifying, and culturing fungi from the environment. Writing proficiency is required for a passing grade in this course.
