Genomic Data Analysis

The purpose of this class is to teach graduate students practical skills and statistics concepts and methods that underlie the analysis of high-dimensional genomic big data generated by high throughput technologies, as well as issues in the experimental design and implementation of these technologies. Lectures contents will be delivered often with live demonstrations. Afterwards, students will be immersed by practical problem solving sessions.
