PRACTICUM (OR FIELD EXPERIENCE) - CHILD CARE PROVIDER/ASSISTANT I

Practical, general workplace training supported by an individualized learning plan developed by the employer, college, and student. A specialized, practical workplace experience designed to strengthen students' job skills by providing an opportunity to use acquired skills and techniques with young children. Course includes 128 hours of regularly scheduled, supervised fieldwork experience; a minimum of 64 hours of these fieldwork hours must be completed at the ACC Lab School.
