Multicultural Issues in Communication Disorders

Addresses the social, cultural, and linguistic factors that impact the clinical service delivery provided to culturally and linguistically diverse populations. A primary focus of the course will be to address general principles of assessment and intervention as they relate to the clinical management of individuals with communication disorders from diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
