Teaching Mathematics to Diverse Children in EC-6th grade

classrooms. This course focuses on providing instruction on and assessing the mathematical thinking of racially, linguistically, and socioeconomically diverse children in early childhood through sixth grade. Through directed field experiences, students will participate in problem-solving and assessment practices that support inclusive and evidence-based mathematics instruction.
