Classrooms. This course focuses on understanding and using children’s mathematical thinking to inform teaching in third to sixth grade. Through directed field experiences, students will participate in problem-solving and assessment practices that support inclusive, culturally sustaining mathematics teaching to racially, linguistically, and socioeconomically diverse children.
