CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PROJECT PLANNING AND CONTROL

This course covers the processes needed to develop and use project plans and budgets for construction projects. These tools will be used to create different schedules needed for construction planning and monitoring and be able to adjust a project's projection to maximize performance throughout the project lifecycle. This will include the scheduling methods to predict desired outcomes and performance measures to actively gauge project performance.
