Worksite Wellness Programs

Applying WELCOA's Seven Benchmarks framework, students will create a workplace wellness program that measures investment value for business and industry. Students will utilize market data and assess workplace culture, environment, and demographics to craft a corporate operating plan to impact employee wellness.
