Organizational Communication

This course applies communication and management theory along with contemporary research to understand messages in corporate, nonprofit, and volunteer organizations. Students learn to think critically about their organizational experiences and use theory to assess and manage communication processes including supervisor-subordinate communication, conflict, and cultures.
