Basic Counseling Skills and Abnormal Behavior

This course is designed to introduce the student to basic counseling skills via role-play and practice session recording. The course also provides a general model for assessing abnormal behavior of clients and effective skills to elicit identifying behavior. Prerequisites: COUN 5307 and COUN 5350 both with grades of "B" or better.
