Construction Estimating

This course covers the fundamentals of construction estimating, including feasibility and constructability, quantities, units, labor, equipment productivity, and different types of estimates such as preliminary, engineering, range, and contractor’s detail bids. Plans and specifications are used along with estimating software to develop estimates commonly used in the construction industry.
