Residential Capstone

This is a course in residential construction related to developing communities and building homes. Students work in groups to develop proposals to select and develop raw land into buildable lots, design and schedule site-specific homes, and develop a marketing plan. Students will be prepared to sit for the AIC Level 1 Examination after this course.
