Construction Safety

This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of occupational safety and health for the construction industry. Topics include Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and compliance, governmental regulations, standards, laws, worker’s compensation, record keeping, environmental safety and health hazard identification, the hierarchy of controls to mitigate hazards, and creation of a written Safety Management Plan (SMP).
