GEOMETRY FOR SECONDARY MATHEMATICS TEACHERS

Connections of college-level mathematics with the secondary mathematics curriculum, focusing on geometry, to develop mathematical knowledge relevant to teaching. The contents include axiomatic development of geometry, transformational geometry, and similarity. Appropriate technology and mathematics problem solving skills will be introduced.
