Pharmacology is the study of drug action, which includes the mechanism of action, therapeutic use, and adverse effects of pharmaceutical agents of natural or synthetic origin. As this is a chemistry course, we will also cover structure activity relationships (SAR) of drug molecules as it relates to the receptor, enzyme, or target.
