History of Dance II USGC, W

The history of dance with an emphasis on 20th century and contemporary dance styles. This course exposes students to cultural and societal issues and perspectives laying the foundation for responsible participation in a diverse society and preparing students to make informed decisions in the complex cultural contexts of both the U.S. and global communities. Writing proficiency is required for a passing grade in this course.
