Information Systems and Technology I

First of two courses designed to give the student a solid understanding of information systems and technology. The connection between effective management and strategic implementation of information technologies will be explored along with the importance of management information systems, hardware and software considerations, database processing, and cloud computing. Lab exercises will allow the student to develop the critical competencies needed to function as a leader in the workplace.
