Supervision

Case-study intensive course. With the use of written as well as video case studies, the student will be placed in the role of a supervisor. Students will acquire the theoretical knowledge and refine the interpersonal communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and other supervisory skills most important for immediate and future career success.
