Teaching Content and Process: Social Studies Dual Certificate

Candidates will examine the current content and methodology of social studies education for young learners (grades PK) including those with disabilities. Candidates will explore ways to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners. Candidates will design and implement learning experiences and that incorporate the knowledge and skills appropriate for an elementary social studies program. Field experience required. Course equivalent ECED 4261.
