Teaching Elementary Social Studies (P-6)

This course consists of objectives, content, and procedures for teaching the relationship between man and his environment. Emphasis is placed on problem-solving skills and independent investigation. Contents of early childhood/elementary school social studies are drawn from the social and behavioral sciences.
