Supervision/ Ment. Inst. Staff

The purpose of this course is to prepare the future school leader to utilize knowledge of human resources to accomplish school and system goals. This involves developing the ability to design and implement effective professional development and facilitate teaching that will impact student achievement. Emphasis is placed on the observation of classroom teachers and developing systematic feedback processes in order to facilitate improvement in classroom instruction.
