Survey of Instructional Leadership

The purpose of this course is to provide candidates with a strong foundation in instructional leadership, developing necessary knowledge and skills to promote current and future success and well-being of each student and adult. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to lead, design, and implement a shared school mission, vision, values, and process for continuous school improvement. The course will explore various leadership and organizational theories and their application.
