Residency in Instructional Leadership

The purpose of the Residency in Educational Leadership is to give future instructional leaders authentic experiences in a continuum of observing, participating, and leading in K-12 schools without the distraction of teaching responsibilities or other coursework requirements. Students are required to complete their residency in a school with children present over 10 days. Students are required to attend two Residency Seminars during the term.
