Nanofabrication Technology for Semiconductor Device

Processing. This course provides an overview of nanofabrication techniques for conventional and emerging micro- and nano-electronic devices. Topics include semiconductor crystal growth, wafer preparation, epitaxial growth, oxidation, control of dopant profiles for the formation of shallow junctions, ion-implantation, thin film deposition, photolithography, metallization etching, device and circuit formation, and testing.
