Robot Maintenance and Troubleshooting

This course introduces principle concepts troubleshooting and maintenance of robots. Topics include Recognize and describe major robot component. Students will learn to diagnose robot mechanical problems to the component level, replacement of mechanical components and perform adjustments, troubleshooting class 1, 2, and 3 faults, to manipulate I/O for the robot, and periodic and preventive maintenance.
