Internship in English

This course is designed to provide English majors with opportunities for practical experience in areas such as professional writing, editing, tutoring, or career-related fields directly related to the student’s program of study. The internship consists of a supervised work-and-learning experience; therefore, the student must submit an internship proposal outlining the semester plan, approved by the faculty instructor, to the department chair before registering for the course.
