Study of writing to convey technical information to non-expert audiences. Students learn to create technical documents, such as technical manuals and instructions that adhere to best practices in technical communication. Students will also learn to conduct and report on appropriate usability testing. Students will learn best writing practices for both traditional and digital contexts.
