French Digital Narratives

This course introduces students to theories, methods, and techniques of digital narratives in the French-speaking world. Students will examine narrative conventions, multimodal approaches to contemporary storytelling and cultural and theoretical perspectives that the authors exhibit. Through culturally contextualized case-studies, students will explore and analyze digital narratives in fields such as journalism, art, generative literature, digital storytelling and social media.
