Introduction to Cultural Geography

This course introduces students to the geographical perspective and focuses on spatial distributions of human activities and investigates underlying geographical processes that account for present and past cultural patterns such as population,folk and popular culture, language, religion, gender, ethnicity, politics, urban and rural land use, and economic development.
