This course covers a set of advanced topics in remote sensing research and applications. It combines lectures with a substantial practical component. The lectures cover satellite orbits and sensors, drone remote sensing systems, rigorous radiometric and atmospheric corrections, rigorous image othorectification, DEM generation from stereo images and structure from motion, high-resolution and multi-spectral imaging systems.
