This course provides an in-depth exploration of physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development from adolescence through later life. Students will examine major theories of adult development and key life transitions, including peer relationships, dating, marriage, career choices, parenting, the empty nest phase, midlife changes, and retirement. Emphasis is placed on understanding the challenges and opportunities within each stage of development.
