Families in Context

This course focuses on families within the context of their unique patterns and variations with an emphasis on different racial and/or ethnic groups, religions, and social classes. Students explore selected family science research methods and topics including family functions, family life patterns, multicultural groups, agents of enculturation, and family life education as they relate to family patterns and variations.
