Students will be instructed in classification systems used in healthcare to capture diagnostic, treatment, and billing codes including ICD-10-CM, ICD-10- PCS, CPT, DSM, and SNOMED-CT. Students will be introduced to common clinical vocabularies, terminologies, and taxonomies.
