Teaching Methods for History

This course is intended to introduce students to the practice of teaching history. It is designed to help students succeed as history educators. We will focus on developing the skills necessary to teach history effectively by incorporating the latest scholarship with the newest technological innovations and pedagogical strategies. We will also work with primary sources, identifying exceptional sources and developing strategies for students to engage these sources.
