Special Topics

This course is designed as an educational tool for college students to develop a theoretical understanding of the concept of servant leadership as it applies to the hospitality and tourism management industry, and to acquire and apply fundamental hospitality and tourism workplace competencies through "real-world" experiential learning activities that include "earning the right to lead" through engagement and visible leadership.
