Industrial Process Equipment

In this course, students learn how pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic equipment is used in the process industry. Subjects covered include the operation of the pilot plant, basic plant maintenance skills, basic tool safety, calibrations and equipment preventive maintenance, unit conversions, calculation or ratios, maintenance of logs and notes concerning plan operation.
